LEON has not observed any major irregularities so far in today’s re-run election in Logan town, district 15, despite underlying tensions caused by the lamentable recent waves of violence. 

 LEON congratulates the people of District 15 Montserrado for the peaceful turnout so far. LEON has observers in all 20 polling places where the Representative Elections are being re-run and notes that CDC and ALP also have party agents in all polling places. In an unparalleled act of transparency, these party agents have copies of the Registration Roll and are using it to check the names of voters as they are called out by the Voter Identification Officer
