LEON to Observe November’s By-Election 2021

Monrovia, Liberia: The Liberia Election Observation Network (LEON), supported by The  Carter Center-Liberia, has announced that it will, on October 1, 2021, begin deploying two  teams of long and short terms observers to the four districts where the by-election will be  conducted to observe the November 16, 2021 electoral process as announced through the  schedule released by the National Election Commission.
