February 2022 Monthly Monitor

The Liberia Elections Observation Network (LEON) is pleased to release its second LTOs Monthly Monitor Newsletter. The basis of the findings in this report comes from observations of Long-Term Observers (LTOs) assigned across the 73 electoral districts of Liberia. In each district, LEON has recruited one resident whose responsibility is to periodically move across the district to monitor pre-and post-election activities and their assigned districts’ overall socio, economic, and political status.
