LEON E-Day Press Statement for Grand Cape Mount County

This statement is based on the observations of the LEON 8-member core team and 3 Long Term Observers, one in each electoral district, who have been working since the start of the campaign. LEON has trained an additional 31 short-term observers who are based in different polling places around the county for election day. This statement includes campaign and election day activities.
