BVR Phase2 Week one report

A total of 37 long-term observers (LTOs) are deployed to observe the second phase of the BVR process. These LTOs provide data to LEON  via an internet platform called “ONA” utilizing predefined checklists. Data sent in is mined, evaluated, and processed to generate our findings, conclusions, and recommendations. LTOs visit BVR centers in designated districts at random intervals. For each weekly report, each LTO is required to observe two (2) centers per day, three (3) days per week. For this week’s report, observers visited 206 centers and provided a total of 206 checklists covering a variety of BVR progressions. 39 urban, 28 peri-urban, 123 rural, and 16 remote centers were covered under this report
