BVR Phase-2 Week-2 Report

In this week’s report, the Liberia Elections Observation Network (LEON) concludes the last lap of biometric voter registration (BVR) observation in phase-two counties: Bong, Nimba, Lofa, River Cess, Sinoe, Maryland, Grand Gedeh, River Gee, and Grand Kru. As the full exercise ends on Thursday, May 11, 2023, LEON will aggregate all nationwide observations into a final report for public release. Taking a cue from prior weekly BVR observation reports, this report provides insight into the BVR process with recommendations provided for stakeholders’ consideration.
